Cornyn has voted to declare English the official language of the U.S., to build a fence along the U.S.-Mexico border, and to penalize immigrant friendly cities by revoking federal funding.
Cornyn has voted against the Dream Act since 2007.
Cornyn made xenophobic and racist comments about COVID-19, blaming Chinese culture and Chinese foods for originating the virus.
Cornyn is a staunch Trump supporter, voting with Trump 95% of the time.
